  1. How have I spent the time seeking God on this? What is God revealing in His Word to me?

2. How will I be preparing my heart and renewing my mind for the trip?

 

3. Why am I going? What am I hoping for God to change in me? How will I glorify God and not me?

4. What am I lacking that God wants to change in me by going on this mission trip?

 

5. Can I be flexible with changes? Can I learn the culture and be sensitive to relate better to the community?

  •  What is inappropriate dress, proper greetings? 

  • What is considered disrespectful?

  •  What is inappropriate language or humor?

 

6.How am I spending time talking to God in prayer?

7. Will I pray for God to prepare the hearts of the people going on mission and the people we will be ministering to? 

 

8. Who is God telling me to have as my prayer support team?

9. How will I handle fundraising? Will it be me or God providing?
