Questions to Ask Yourself Before Signing Up for A Missions Trip.

  1. How have I devoted time to seeking God's guidance in this matter? What insights is God conveying to me through His Word?

2. How will I prepare my heart and refresh my mind for the upcoming trip?

3. What is my purpose for attending? What personal changes am I seeking through faith? In what ways can I honor and glorify God rather than focusing on myself?

4. What areas for personal growth or development might God be guiding me to address through this mission trip?

5. Am I able to adapt to changes? Can I take the time to understand the culture and be more sensitive in order to better connect with the community?

  • What is inappropriate dress, proper greetings? 

  • What is considered disrespectful?

  • What is inappropriate language or humor?

6.How am I spending time talking with God in prayer?
